Polymyxin B sulfate is the sulfate salt of a kind of polymyxin, a substance produced by the growth of Bacillus polymyxa (Prazmowski) Migula (Fam. Bacillaceae), or a mixture of two or more such salts, which are used against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other gram-negative bacteria except the Proteus group. We supply Polymyxin B Sulfate (Non-Sterile) GMP standard with document support, and also Polymyxin B Sulfate Sterile (see detail).

Indication: Polymyxin B Sulfate finished dosage form is usually used as a combination drug product for the local treatment of skin, ear, eye and vaginal infections. It can be used for the treatment of acute urinary, meningeal or blood stream infections due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other gram-negative pathogens causing serious infections.
Applications: Polymyxin B Sulfate Non-Sterile grade API can be used to produce Polymyxin B Sulfate cream, Polymyxin B Sulfate eye drop as well as Polymyxin B Sulfate tablets.
